Wow! As a delightful surprise my son Jordan treated Liz and I to an adventure of a lifetime. We're traveling to Australia and New Zealand - imagine that!
For starters, Lizzy and I never imagined that we would be able to retire. In 2012 we decided, "What the heck?" - let's do it! And...with that we both retired. We're both beholding the the monies we contributed to SS for countless years.
As you well know, we've traveled extensively, but here in North America on terra firma and predominantly by motorcycle. Courtesy of our bikes' amazing gas mileage and cheap accommodations via our Wyndham Rewards card, we have seen most of what the good old US of A has to offer. Both Lizzy and I have been fortunate to visit Europe and I have been to Africa back in 1988. As a result, the only thing truly on our travel "bucket list" was Australia and New Zealand.
So...how cool is that?!
Son Jordan has made multiple trips there to include a semester in colleague, so...we'll have an excellent travel guide. We're pumped!! Thanks, Jordan!!!
